THE BALANCING ACT

Because the role of a parent has no clock-on or clock-off time it can be hard to ever get a break from it.
As a result, we can end up ‘parenting’ all of the time, leaving our relationships and ourselves suffering.
The key here is to find THE BALANCE – but how do we do that?

Below we have listed some useful websites to help in what we believe are the 4 key areas surrounding parents – PARENTING, HOUSEHOLD DUTIES, SELF & RELATIONSHIPS

Through these websites you can learn, share and really get educated in the 4 areas that make up your job.

Because the truth is, your number 1 role is to educate & play with your kids… But if you can’t get on top of the other areas in your life, what chance is there for you to be really present for your children?
